Shannon Chrisman would describe herself as a lifelong horse lover. She remembers having herds of wild "My Little Ponies" running across the imaginary meadows that covered her bedroom floor.

Shannon started riding with Jill Hassler-Scoop in the fall of 2002. Not long after, Jill expressed the need for a personal assistant and of course Shannon jumped at the chance. She started working in the office of Equestrian Education Systems, Inc. (EES) in January of 2003. Now, over five years later, she is the office manager for EES as well as a part-time student at the University of Montana, where she is studying Health and Human Performance. She hopes to become a Physical Therapist and use horses to help people with the healing process.
